All rock climbing shoes are on a special order basis, see our help and support page for more details.
Please note that if you wish to return rock shoes they can not have been used or worn outside or on an indoor rock wall. Feel free to try them on in the comfort of your own home. If you order the wrong size, they can be returned for a different size but you will have to pay for the return postage and an additional postage charge for delivery of the new size. To avoid this inconvenience for yourself please, please be very sure that the size you order is the size you require.
