Live Stock Quantities
Where you see products with a live stock quantity, the number shown is live stock and available for immediate dispatch.
If you do not see a live stock quantity, that product is a special order and all that means is it may take a few more days than normal to be dispatched. We are committed to using manufacturers that can quickly provide us with that stock. In any case, we have a legal obligation to provide those goods to you within 30 days. If we don't, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund for the value of the goods not supplied including any associated post and packing charges.
If a product you wish to order is shown as out of stock you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket. However, please feel free to contact us for an update on when it is likely to be back in stock again. Postage and Packaging
We ship goods by Royal Mail usually within 0-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. ETA to you is estimated at 1 (if your lucky and timed your order just right and your postie is quick) to 5 working days after dispatch.
We dispatch goods on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday unless they are public holidays.
You are not punished here for living in remote areas of the UK (even Aberdeen is considered remote by some couriers??), on Scottish Islands or in the Highlands, the Channel Islands or if your in the Armed Forces and stationed at a base with a BFPO. It's the same price for everyone because unlike couriers, the Royal Mail charges the same price regardless of where you live in the UK. That's why we use them. Returns Policy
You have the right to return goods to us for any reason within 7 working days of receiving them for a full refund less any postage and packing charges. You will have to return the goods and the original sales packing at your cost. You must have taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession up to and including their return delivery.
If goods are damaged or faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose you have the right to return the goods to us within 7 working days of receiving them. You may be asked to return the goods to us but this will be at our cost. We will refund you in full including any postage and packing charges or replace the goods for you as appropriate.
This returns policy does not effect any rights you may have under The Distance Selling Regulations, Sale of Goods Act or any other legislation.
This returns policy does not effect any manufacturers warranty or guarantee you may have that are specific to the goods purchased.
We aim not to be difficult then it comes to returns but fair. We understand that having to return goods is not what you want to do and the circumstances may be inconvenient and caused you some disappointment. Rest assured, we will try to resolve any returns issues quickly and in a compassionate, customer focused manner.
Note that there are a lot of websites out there where their returns policies are not in line with current legislation. Ours, to our knowledge, is. We hope this gives you confidence when making a purchase from us. Terms and Conditions
